In the age of digital distribution, downloading a modern AAA title can take hours—or even days—if you don’t have a fast connection. And storage space? That’s another challenge, with some games easily exceeding 100 GB, and in extreme cases, 500 GB or more.

This is partly due to ultra-high-resolution textures, massive open worlds, and cinematic-quality assets. However, sometimes it’s simply a matter of poor optimization.
